Mr. Letofsky has worked for 25 years in general civil litigation, with an early extensive focus in construction defect defense of developers, general contractors and subcontractors in almost all trades, while handling various personal injury and construction accident matters. In the past 17 years, Mr. Letofsky, a member of the National Association of Subrogation Professionals, has become extensively experienced in the subrogation field, by prosecuting thousands of cases in workers’ compensation, fire, property, product, insurance and automobile subrogation.  Mr. Letofsky is also now handling Employment Law matters besides his extensive Subrogation practice for several national insurers.

Besides the active practice of law, Mr. Letofsky stays very busy playing adult baseball on the weekends and coaching his youngest son in baseball at Cabrillo High School in Long Beach.  His lovely wife Nancy is the Office Manager and legal assistant for Watkins & Letofsky, LLP.  They enjoy watching their youngest son play baseball and staying closely connected with their oldest son at Sonoma State University, gaining his degree in City Planning and daughter, who is a Resident Assistant Professional at the Missouri University of Science & Technology, while obtaining her Master’s Degree from Indiana State University.
