Biography
Charley is an experienced litigation and transactional attorney. He is also a former property and casualty adjuster responsible for handling high-volume, complex construction defect and general liability claims.
Charley's early career focused on transactions, and business and entertainment law. His legal career then broadened to include defending construction defect, general liability, and consumer protection actions.
After practicing law for more than 10 years, Charley became a complex claims adjuster where he investigated and resolved hundreds of claims, often involving intricate coverage and liability issues, and further developed his skills in the areas of risk assessment and risk transfer.
Today, Charley applies the skills he obtained defending cases and adjusting complex claims to the benefit of institutional and private clients in the fields of subrogation, employment law, and business law.
